How They’re Made
To begin, our friends at OregonBurls.com harvest a burl from the wild.
They cut the wood and dry it into blocks, and then stabilize and color it.
We take that block and find the putter inside. We optimize for a pure striking face, gorgeous lines, and a lasting durability.
The block is weighed and the density calculated. We then determine precisely how much lead to use.
We drill holes in a specific pattern to optimize the Moment of Inertia.
Lead weights are glued and clamped into place and left to cure overnight.
We remove the base and rough the shape with a belt sander and band saw.
We hand sand the putter to 2000 grit for a gorgeous shine.
Want your logo lasered onto the putter? No problem.
